        Who run an Auto to Adult Open club championships

  The committee have done an amazing amount of Hard Work  to the track to bring it up too a great racing standard.

Major changes have taking place to the track over the last few months, Johnny D Hamilton was brought in and has worked his magic and modified the track, turning it into one of the best around!!

Shiplaw track has lots to offer, large and small hills, long straights, hairpins, step downs, drops offs, table tops and some nice fast sweeping corners... a great track to boot !

The track is a bit stoney, and can be very hard packed when dry, or muddy when wet! and during the summer like all other tracks dust can be a problem, but the bowser's on hand to damping things down.

   The track isn't available to practice on, only race meetings !

Directions : Shiplaw is on the A703 inbetween Peebles and Penicuk, track is signposted
   The day before the race meeting the track is sign posted from the A703, and overnight stay is permitted
