Irvine motocross clubs season got of to a great start at their newly
revamped Drumclog circuit. The Club Committee members and volunteers did a
fantastic job preparing the track and facilities. The track was in perfect
condition and dull skies were brightened up by some cracking racing
throughout the classes. Adult A Class was hotly contested by Ross
Rutherford, Scott Findlay
 and
Jamie Duncan, these 3 broke away from the chasing pack and diced with each
other. Scott was on fine form, showing some great style over the jumps, but
couldn't hold of Ross who's steady riding pulled him through. Jamie had some
problems, running out of the track at one corner and a puncture in another

B/W 85s Steven Craig returning overnight from Ireland didn't hold him
back with 3 straight wins, Mark perfect also back from Ireland finished
runner up in race one...Chris Inglis took 2nd overall from Davey Clarkson
3rd.
S/W 85's Saw some fine racing at the front between 1st and 2nd placed
Ryan Livingston and Cameron Pendreich. Cameron won race one and Ryan won the
other two. William Lambie rounded out the top 3 finishing in front of
Stewart Robertson and Brandon Douglas.
65's Greg Queen made it 3 out of 3, 2nd place went to Robert Smith with 2
seconds and a third, third overall went to Reece Wilson and Conor Curran had
a well earned 4th!
The Auto running on the big track saw Morgan Legge dominate the day with
3 straight wins, Arron Macdonald was 2nd and Ryan Mcbain finished 3rd,
Cameron Robertson 4th, Lewis Dow 5th
