6th Nov 2006 Queens rule! Irvine Club rider Greg Queen made the long journey north  a worth while trip with 3 straight wins in the 65's at Grampian MCC's final club championship round.  Tracks conditions were excellent and a good turn out of spectators were treated to some fine racing! Local rider Tony Craig provided most of the entertainment, whipping his Honda CRF over the jumps on his way to first place over all with another 3 wins. Scottish motocross rider tragically killed
All of Scottish motocross would like to pass on their condolences to the family and friends of 19 year old Sam Crouchley from Banffshire who was tragically killed in a road accident along with 2 other friends.

GYMCC Winter Championship got off to a flying start last weekend, rider's travelled from as far a Ireland to compete against Scotland's finest! In the small wheeled 85 class Ireland's Andrew Reid gave Scotland's No1 something to think about in the first race which saw the 2 of them swapping places right up to the flag, with Reid taking the honours. Race's 2 & 3 were all Matthews as he stamped his authority on Reid  who couldn't seem to match his first race speed on a track which was growing rougher by the minute, saw him take runner up spot with  Scott Hamilton taking 3rd. Ian Stewart this years 65cc Champion moved into the 85's with a good solid 4th. Full report and results on results page>>>>>
